New Practice Members
at Aligned Family Chiropractic
At our “homey” and comfortable family practice, we love seeing children, babies and people of all ages. We have a children’s play area, so feel free to bring your children along to your regular visits too. We also provide baby changing facilities.
The Three-Visit Approach
We use a three-visit approach at Aligned Family Chiropractic. The purpose is to accomplish several things:
- Reduces the length of your first visit
- Gives us time to correlate our findings
- Avoids overloading you with too much information
Your Journey to Health

First Visit
Meet Belinda Ambrose for a consultation, sEMG scan, and physical exam to discuss your health goals. (Allow 1 hour).

Second Visit
If needed, X-rays are taken to assess your spine’s bone integrity and suitability for care. (Allow 30 minutes).

Third Visit
Review your “Report of Findings,” receive your care plan, and experience your first adjustment. (Allow 45 minutes).
Regular Visits
With the groundwork laid, we can determine what your spine and nervous system need, adjust you and get you on your way. Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit, and we can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.
We recognise your time is valuable. We do everything possible to run on time and minimise the impact on your busy life.
The Adjusting Experience
Each time you come in for regular visits, you will sign in at reception and be directed to the adjusting area. If you’re able to do so, we’ll have you lie facedown on the adjusting table, so your body has time to relax before your adjustment is given.
Belinda will check your spine and adjust what is needed in that visit. After every appointment, you will need to allow 15 minutes to have a walk before getting into your car to drive home.
